Dear Parents,
I am thrilled to have your child in my French class this year. I encourage you to take a look at the policy page for your child's class and become familiar with my classroom expectations. You will find my homework policy, my grading breakdown, and other helpful information.
I also recommend checking your child's grades on the X2 portal once a week. Your child should also check on his or her own. The students are responsible for making up absent work and X2 will show if any work is missing.
I list homework assignments for the week on the homework page . I try my best to update it by Monday afternoon of each week. I have been known to forget on occasion, so the students are in charge of writing it down in their agendas each day.
The best way to keep in touch with me is through email. I check email throughout the day and try to respond within 24 hours. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns. I love hearing from you and it gives me an opportunity to update you on your child's progress.
Sincerely,
Suzanne Weiss
